Is it possible to change my project?
As long as you provide us with a minimum of 30 days’ notice, you can adjust your project through our change management process.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Any project rescheduled within 30 days of the original date will require full payment for work completed up to the date of cancellation. However, we always strive to collaborate with you.
How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking, we will request a 25% down payment with the remaining balance to be invoiced against works completed on a monthly basis with 21 day payment terms
How do I gain certificates for the work?
All our workers and projects are certified to the latest UK electrical regulations and standards and guaranteed to conform to any certified compliance checks.
What are the payment terms?
We understand that in today’s volatile economy, external factors require flexible terms for the project to succeed, therefore we work with our clients to agree on the best billing cadence for your project.
